- Can I Buy Tickets In Person?
No. Tickets are available online only. Got to www.cookscreek.ca on any computer or smartphone to purchase tickets.

- Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All ages young and old are welcome.

- What should I bring to the event?
Premium Seating Tickets - A chair in a preferred location is provided, no need to bring one.
General Seating Tickets - We recommend you bring a lawn chair and / or a blanket to sit on the grass.
Also as it is an afternoon evening event, be sure to bring a jacket or sweater and jeans or pants for the evening portion of the event as it will cool down after dark.

- Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed onsite. Service animals only.

- Are food and drink allowed in?
No outside food or beverages will be allowed. There will be numerous food vendors available. Also, beer, coolers, pop and water will be available at a reasonable price. Remember, please drink responsibly.

- What's the refund policy?
All sales are final. But if you can't attend, feel free to give your ticket to someone who can.

- Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes. Your ticket printed or on your phone using the Eventbrite app will greatly speed your check in. If you lose your ticket, you will need the ticket purchaser with ID to verify your purchase.

- Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes. If you purchase multiple tickets, only one name will appear on the printouts. As many people as tickets purchased will be able to check in under that name.

- Are There Camping Facilities Available?
There is no onsite camping but Birds Hill Park Campground is only 3 miles west of the Grotto.

- Is The Site Handicap Accessible?
There are numerous handicap parking spots and drop off locations close to the front gate.
The site is a grass field and there will be wheelchair accessible portable washrooms.
